City West Housing has a new development in Rockdale, Tallowwood Apartments, which is due to be completed in mid-2026. The eligibility requirements and rent model for this property are currently being finalized, however we are currently waitlisting interested applicants. All applicants are required to have a current connection (either living or working) in suburbs connected to the Bayside Local Government Area.

To be considered for the Rockdale property please complete this formal application, including the additional occupant sections for all household occupant/s over the age of 18 (found at the end of this form). You must also supply supporting documentation for yourself and each household occupant to support your answers. Please gather your documents prior to beginning the form, as you will not be able to submit your application without the required evidence nor will you be able to save your progress and return to the form later.
